Rosita is a cocktail bar conceived as a place of aggregation, fun and sensorial exploration. Rosita is designed to immerse our customers into a tropical world, reinterpreted in an elegant and modern fashion. We serve refined cocktails, from the tiki tradition to new reinterpretations of Latin American spirits, paired by a selection of tapas inspired by the classics of South American cuisine. Although recalling the aesthetics and some techniques of the tiki tradition, Rosita is not a classic tiki bar. It is rather a cocktail bar that explores a broader and more contemporary vision of the exotic, influenced by the variety and richness of Latin American cultures.
